Unbacked ABS

We are offering the Unbacked ABS as an affordable, lightweight alternative to our gesso panels for oil and acrylic painters. Weighing 60% less than our standard 1/4" gesso panel, the Unbacked ABS panel is lighter than a stretched canvas of equivalent size. This panel is suitable for oils and acrylics and is ready to paint on with no further preparaion. Due to its 1/8" thickness these panels are perfect for plein air artists, as they fit in most standard pochade boxes.
